Step 1: The Opener
Introduce the opportunity and establish regional focus
"Hi [Candidate Name], I'm calling from the recruitment team at **Fyber One**. We are the prime partner for **Ripple Fiber** in North Carolina. We are currently expanding our field installation crews. We have openings across several regions including Union County, but we are **actively and primarily recruiting for Pinehurst** right now.

Step 2: Core Qualification ("The Pertinents")
Ask these five questions. Check each box only if the candidate meets the requirement.
1. FTTH Field Experience
"Do you know how to do FTTH installations (drops, burying, and inside wiring)?"
2. White Truck or Van
"Do you own or lease a white truck or van suitable for field technician work?"
3. Fiber Tools & Splicer
"Do you have your own set of fiber tools AND a fiber fusion splicer?"
4. Business Insurance
"Do you have active General Liability and Workers' Comp insurance for your business?"
5. Immediate Start Date
"Are you available to start working in the field immediately?"
TARGET STARTING OFFER
$1,500 / week
Equivalent to $300 / day
Approve all 5 criteria to unlock max pay rate.
Step 3: Pitching the Compensation & Scope
"We operate on a **Net 21 weekly pay cycle** (invoices are paid 21 days from submittal, and once you are in the weekly rotation, payouts clear direct deposit every week).
For completing **between 3 to 6 jobs per day** (which includes running and burying your own drops), we start technicians at a flat **$1,500 per week** (equivalent to $300 a day).
However, because you meet all of our criteria—fully equipped with your own vehicle, tools, fusion splicer, active insurance, and ready to start immediately—we can bypass that target and start you at **$2,000 per week** ($400 a day) right away.
Billing is fully automated in our portal based on closeout submissions. Is this a fit you'd be ready to move forward with?"
